Hercules Smart Card

Students are accustomed to using their smartphones to register for classes, reserve study rooms, order takeout, request transportation, and more. Now, they can also pay for laundry. With the Hercules CleanPay mobile app students simply download the app, load funds into the digital wallet, and scan a unique QR Code on the washer or dryer to pay. Know Before You Go

Perhaps nothing is more frustrating for students than lugging their dirty clothes to the laundry room only to find all the machines in use. With our laundry room monitoring system, students can check the availability of washers and dryers and receive real-time text alerts when machines are available and cycles are complete.
